African Utility Week taking place in Cape Town, South Africa from 28 May – 1 June 2007 will once again be the largest gathering of African utilities to discuss metering, billing and customer service issues.

The multi-track event includes Metering, Billing/CRM Africa, South African Prepayment Week and International Prepayment Week, alongside a series of technical seminars, workshops, user group workshops, technical tours and metering association annual general meetings.

With the era of service delivery, privatisation, restructuring and reform moving forward, it is important that government representatives, utility CEOs, municipal managers, engineers, strategic planners, financiers and vendors are aware of the legal frameworks, projects, technologies and consumer requirements in order to build Africa into a sustainable continent.

If you are a vendor and wish to break into Africa, there are exhibition space available as well as sponsorship opportunities.

You can now register to attend the event on www.african-utility-week.com
