Comgás, the largest natural gas distribution company in Brazil, has implemented SPL WorldGroup's CorDaptix™ customer care and billing solution. The implementation – the first in Latin America – allowed the replacement of the last legacy system in Comgás's portfolio of corporate applications.

CorDaptix has enabled business continuity in the short term, and will allow improvement of the service level offering to Comgás's customers in the medium term. Comgás had staffing and risk requirements that precluded an in-house approach, so SPL worked with Deloitte Consulting to ensure a smooth implementation.
