SCANA Corporation has announced that all SCANA Energy, SCE&G and PSNC Energy residential customers can now receive and pay their utility bills online – and also turn off paper bills and schedule payments using their designated bank accounts. SCANA serves over 1.4 million residential electricity and gas customers.
The utility’s customers will use the CheckFree Corporation’s distribution network of more than 1,700 banks, portals, brokerage firms and credit unions, or at www.mycheckfree.com. By enrolling at one of these sites, customers can receive and pay electronic bills from hundreds of national and regional companies. Alternatively they can view and pay bills at the web addresses of the three utilities, where they can take advantage of other online services, including energy usage and conservation tips and meter reading instructions.
