According to a release, Enercare's new mobile app allows customers to easily access their own personalized account and product details simply through their mobile phone as well as to conveniently schedule appointments.

The mobile app can be is easily downloaded from Google Play or the App Store, and customers can quickly schedule service calls, maintenance and plumbing appointments in real time using their mobile device.

The app allows customers to directly engage with Enercare, without having to phone the call centre.

Says John Macdonald, president and CEO of Enercare, “We are very proud to launch the Enercare mobile app and be the first Canadian home services company to provide its customers with a mobile brand experience.

Enhancing customer experience

The release adds that the users of the mobile app will also receive push notifications, alerting them as to when a technician is en route, allowing customers to better plan for their service visits without having to wait at home for their arrival. The app is compatible with both Apple and Android platforms and was developed in partnership with Clearbridge Mobile.
