Systems & Software, Inc., a provider of customer information solutions for electricity, gas and water utilities, has successfully launched its enQuesta CIS software solutions and completed installation for several customers in the US. In addition to improving the level of customer service, the implementations have resulted in increased customer satisfaction, billing accuracy and transparency, and increased revenue.
The Electric Power Board of Chattanooga implemented S&S’s FixedBilling and Budget Billing features. The City of Minneapolis Public Works introduced the storm water billing solution, while Massena Electric employed both enQuesta and an AMR system. Montgomery Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board implemented S&S’s WebConnect – a self-service solution that provides customers with 24 hour access to their account information via the Internet.
