Excelergy Corporation has announced that two of its key European clients – Italy’s Enel and the Netherlands’ ONS Energy – have won the prestigious Awards for CIS/CRM Excellence (ACE). The awards programme is sponsored by the Energy Planning Network’s utility CIS/CRM consortium.
Enel’s Generation Energy Management division won the ACE award for Best C&I Customer Care Initiative – Europe, in recognition of its Grandi Clienti initiative, which involved the deployment of a bid-to-bill revenue management platform that integrated three Excelergy software solutions. ONS Energy received the ACE award for Best CIS Initiative – Europe. ONS Energy had the opportunity to acquire close to 1000 new C&I customers, and deployed the Excelergy RevenueManager™/BusinessRunner™ programme to meet the complex contracts and price structures required by the new customer base.
