SUEZ Middle East Water Services has selected global human capital management (HCM) software firm, Ramco Systems, to automate the operations of human resources departments.
RAMCO will deploy its HCM and Global Payroll Solution to centralise HR and payroll processes for SUEZ Middle East Water Services.
The integration will enable 8 subsidiary offices of SUEZ in three locations in the Middle East to use a single platform for HR processes.
The integrated solutions will simplify processes such as:
- Core HR (Employee records and movements, Travel & Expenses),
- Payroll (Reimbursements and Employee Self Service),
- Time and Attendance (Leave Management),
- Performance Management and Recruitment (Recruitment Administration and Onboarding).
The solution will reduce time spent in processing the payroll.
Marion Bailly-Soundardjee, HR Manager, SUEZ Middle East, said: “SUEZ is committed to lead a resource revolution by delivering efficient and sustainable management of water and waste resources. The automation of our operational processes will help focus on these goals and fulfill our commitments. We are happy to have entrusted the HR automation exercise to Ramco.
"We are looking forward to leverage Ramco’s innovative features which will bring simplicity and ease of transacting to the users. By rolling this across the GCC region, we will be able to drive centralised policies and operations at SUEZ.”
Virender Aggarwal, CEO, Ramco Systems, said: “Ramco HCM has had great traction in the GCC region. This win is commendable as we yet again have a French multinational choosing Ramco over others. With intuitive features and continuous technological innovations, like Chatbots, Mobility and Mail-based transactions, SUEZ will now be able to embark on a digital journey with Ramco.”
