At ESCO Europe 2013 we have worked hard not only to deliver a well-balanced agenda, but also to bring together a strong audience profile from a wide range of industry backgrounds and from across the world.

With such a wide ranging group of attendees, the conference programme will cover all key areas, including one of the foremost topics, Measurement &Verfication (M&V).

Pierre Langlois, noted industry figure, will kick off the pre-conference day this year with a workshop on IPMVP Training. The seminar presents the latest version of IPMVP (2012) and shows how its different methodologies can be applied to the EPC market place in Europe.

This will be a rare opportunity to gain a hands-on understanding of the proven IPMVP savings measurement methods and related risk mitigation strategies successfully deployed in projects around the world.

Following on from this, EEVS, Silver Sponsor of ESCO Europe 2013 will give a presentation on building trust through independent measurement and verification of savings.

This talk will examine why:

  • Standardised performance measurement and verification matters so much
  • The role of an impartial and IPMVP-certified ‘auditor’ in ESCO projects
  • The practical application in getting the M&V balance right

Finally, we shall be using the ESCO 2013 event to announce the results of a pan-European survey currently being conducted by EEVS to help get a sense of what is going on right now in the industry on Energy Performance Contracting.

The full results of this survey can be accessed after the event free of charge.

To help make this survey as inclusive as possible, we'd be very grateful if you would complete the 2-minute survey and EEVS can send you a belated Christmas present in January 2013... A free copy of Energy Efficiency Trends, Vol. 2!

Looking forward to welcoming you in Copenhagen,

Best,
