China Minsen Meter Co., Ltd., founded in June 2009 with investment of around 7.5M USD, is located in Diaobingshan Hi-tech Park of Liaoning province. The factory which covers 22000 square meters with modern garden buildings has annual production capacity of 0.8M water meters and 0.8M gas meters. Minsen is devoted to R&D, manufacture and sales for utilities wireless smart meters and utilities information management related products. Now the company has four patents for invention, thirteen patents for utility model and one copyright for computer software. It is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Shanghai Tonray Technology Co., Ltd., which is a hi-tech corporation supported by national innovation fund and awarded for transformation of scientific and technological achievements in several projects.
