Brisbane, Australia --- (METERING.COM) --- January 8. 2007 –Brisbane, Australia-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution provider Mincom Limited has acquired the customer information and billing systems business of U. S. utility software solutions provider Conversant.

This acquisition is seen as significantly enhancing Mincom’s software solution offering and service delivery capabilities.

The management and employees of Conversant will operate as a dedicated global utilities business unit within Mincom, focused on utility customer care and billing solutions and led by Royal as Vice President of Utility Solutions.
