San Francisco, CA, USA --- (METERING.COM) --- July 18, 2006 – California utility Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is today expected to receive verdict from the California Public Utilities Commission on its smart meter replacement proposal for all existing PG&E customers. The change is part of an energy efficiency drive that envisions a future of smart energy usage.
