Denver, CO, USA --- (METERING.COM) --- July 31, 2008  - Enspiria® Solutions has announced that it is working with Microsoft and ESRI to create a spatially-enabled Utilities Executive Dashboard, which is aimed to aid a utility’s response to ever increasing demands for more efficient, accurate and accessible data and services.  
   
The dashboard is based on Enspiria’s Enterprise Oriented ArchitectureSM (EOA) development framework, a set of components that utilize the enterprise-class capabilities of Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Microsoft Virtual Earth and ESRI’s ArcGIS Server. The solution allows utilities to extract data from disparate sources and render it not only as charts and graphs, but also geographically.

The EOA development framework provides considerable benefits, the most notable being the ability to integrate applications and data sources, and to generate any number of perspectives and views of the business. The framework also provides the ability for an organization to use their existing Microsoft and ESRI investments for improved scalability, security, web-based interface, and end-user convenience.
