Kellogg L. Warner joins Eka Systems Board of Directors

Kellog L. Warner has joined the Board of Directors of Eka Systems, a global provider of smart grid solutions and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) for electric, gas and water utilities.

Warner has a long-term commitment to sustainable energy solutions and is an expert in the fields of demand-side management and electric grid modernization. He is an expert in utility industry restructuring, having participated in numerous regulatory proceedings and was responsible for launching one of the first retail energy service companies, providing both supply and demand-side services to commercial and industrial customers.

Warner has held numerous executive and management positions throughout his career, and has served on the board of directors of a number of companies such as XENERGY and KEMA NV. He is currently the CEO of Deerpath Energy, a renewable energy company that develops community-integrated wind energy systems.
