San Jose, CA, U.S.A. --- (METERING.COM) --- November 27, 2012 - A complete powerline communication (PLC) advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) ecosystem reference kit comprising all aspects of a PLC based AMI network is now available from the fabless semiconductor companyEnVerv.

The components of this ecosystem are available in actual form as well as hardware and software reference designs which partners can use to build their own networks.

EnVerv’splatform supports 4GPLC, G3-PLC and PRIME in standard AMI architecture as well in split metering applications (curbside cabinet or pole-top cabinet based) as well as full AMI based prepayment functions.

All the components are available in volumes targeted for tests and field trials.
